RESOLUTION NO.

 

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF NORTH LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, APPOINTING  ALETRICE DARCEL MANN AS A REGULAR MEMBER OF THE NORTH LAUDERDALE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD (SPONSORED BY MAYOR BRADY);  PROVIDING FOR TERM OF OFFICE; AND, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

 

WHEREAS,  a vacancy exists on the Code Enforcement Board; and

 

WHEREAS,  Mayor Brady recommends the appointment of Aletrice Mann to fill said vacancy; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Commission is desirous of ratifying said appointment. 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF NORTH LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA:

 

Section 1:         That Jacqueline Alletrice Mann  be and the same is hereby appointed as a regular member of the North Lauderdale Code Enforcement Board.

 

Section 2:         That she shall serve in said capacity  until May 31, 2010 or until resignation.

 

Section 3:         That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.

 

 

PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of North Lauderdale, Florida, this 8th day of May, 2006.
