MINUTES

The North Lauderdale City Commission met in special session on May 4, 2007 at the Municipal Complex. The meeting convened at 3 p.m.

ROLL CALL:

Mayor J. Brady

Vice Mayor R. Moyle

Commissioner G. Frankel

Commissioner J. Cangemi

Commissioner D. Hilton

City Manager R. Sala

City Attorney S. Goren

City Clerk C.M. Dyer

Mr. Goren said pursuant to a notice posted by staff on May 3, 2007 this meeting is called for this date at this time. The City Attorney explained the reason for the special meeting. He said that on the dais is a separation agreement which has been executed by the City Clerk and signed off by himself as City Attorney. The agreement reflects the terms, provisions and conditions for the retirement of the City Clerk as discussed by Vice Mayor Moyle, E. King, City Attorney Goren and City Clerk Dyer.

After review of the document, Vice Mayor Moyle moved to approve. Seconded by Commissioner Hilton.

MOTION APPROVED 4 to 1 with Commissioner Frankel dissenting.
