Athletic Division within the Department is responsible for operating all both
youth and adult sports in North Lauderdale. From Cricket to Basketball, North
Lauderdale offers a wide variety of recreational athletic programs where the emphasis
is put on having fun. Youth Soccer
North Lauderdale Recreational Youth Soccer League is offered in conjunction with
the Broward Sheriff's Office run a soccer program that teaches children soccer
skills and sportsmanship in the following age groups: under 6, under 8, under
10, under 12 and under 14 Youth Soccer Runs October - February
Registration
for Youth Soccer is August through September at the Teen/Recreation Center at
Pompano Park
Cost for Youth Soccer is $ 90 Residents of North Lauderdale
and $110 for Non-Residents. Adult Cricket

Baseball
North Lauderdale Recreational Youth Baseball League
in conjunction with the Broward Sheriff's Office run a baseball program that teaches
children baseball skills and sportsmanship in the following age groups: 4 to 18.
League runs from February through May. Cost is $90 for residents and $110 for
non residents.
