Represent
the City Commission, City Administration and all assigned
boards and committees in all matters of law pertaining to
their official duties |

Prepare
and review ordinances, resolutions, contracts and other documents
in a timely fashion |

Advise
on statutory matters and handle litigation |

Work
closely and effectively with City Management and the City
Commission to develop a preventative approach to reduce risk
and litigation exposure |
|
Participate
in Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining Agreements |

Update
and revise the City Code to adapt to the community’s changing
needs |
|
Utilize
a preventative approach to identify potential legal issues
|
