tracEZ - Online Garbage Customer Service

TracEZ Logo

North Lauderdale residents can now place a request for solid waste service by utilizing the new online reporting system tracEZ.

North Lauderdale has integrated Waste Pro Services’ tracEZ software on the City's website. The software allows residents to submit solid waste requests including garbage and recycle cart replacement and missed pick ups 24 hours a day.

Trac EZ is easily accessed by selecting the tracEZ logo at the top of this page. Residents are also welcome to contact Waste Pro Services at 954-967-4200 during regular business hours to speak directly with a customer service representative.

For more information about the City of North Lauderdale's solid waste services please visit www.nlauderdale.org or contact the Public Works Department, at 954-724-7070 or rmoussign@nlauderdale.org.
