Online Utility Bill Pay Center

Existing customers will need to have their log in name and password in order to log in.

If you are a new customer, and would like to pay your bill online, you will need to set up an online payment account. Customers must use the information provided at the top of the statement. Then create a log in name and password. In order to log on to the online payment feature, please use your service address listed at the top of your statement along with the city, state and zip. The address must be identical to the service address provided on the statement. An example is provided below.
