The administration division has four employees that provide
professional, technical and maintenance services to the community
and other city departments. This division manages fiscal resources
to attain the best possible utilization of the available funding.
This division oversees the entire operation of the department.
The duties include purchasing for the department, budget preparation,
capital budget preparation and management, consulting engineering
contract management, backflow prevention program, sanitary sewer
rehabilitation program, pump station maintenance contract, garbage
and recycling contract maintenance, and city project contract
management.
