How to Open a New Account

The City of North Lauderdale utility billing is managed by U.S. Water Services Corporation.  The Utility Billing Customer Service staff is located in the first floor corridor of City Hall – 701 SW 71st Avenue, North Lauderdale (the corner of Rock Island Road and Forest Blvd).

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT?

Per City Ordinance, a utility account will only be established in the name of the property owner.
