Somerset Preparatory Gymnasium Re-Roof

Sealed bids will be received by the City of North Lauderdale until 2:00 PM on Friday, April 5, 2013 in the City Clerk’s Office located at 701 SW 71^st Avenue, North Lauderdale, FL and opened immediately thereafter for gymnasium re-roof.  

The work includes replacement of existing damaged building roofing membrane and insulation. Installation of new roofing membrane, insulation, scuppers, flashings, condensate lines with supports, and roof accessories will be required.

Bid documents may be obtained from the Public Works/ Utilities Department located at 701 SW 71^st Avenue, North Lauderdale, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., telephone number 954.724.7070.  There is no charge for the documents.  The bid documents contain the specifications and plans.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at 10:00 AM in Commission Chambers “B” located at 701 SW 71^st Avenue, North Lauderdale, FL.

The City of North Lauderdale reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid received, to re-advertise for bids, or to take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interest of the City.  The City anticipates entering into a written contract with the bidder who submits the bid judged by the City to be the most advantageous, responsible, and most responsive.
